All prices quoted are subject to VAT.

Orders

All orders must be confirmed EITHER in writing and must include invoicing details, delivery address and contact numbers including mobile telephone numbers for delivery arrangements and the quotation reference where applicable, OR orders can be confirmed by email but will only be deemed as accepted when an acknowledgement has been returned by us. Acknowledgement of order will only be sent by email.

Terms of Payment

We generally offer a cash discount where full payment accompanies your order. ie cheque with order (CWO). The discount offered may vary from time to time depending on bank interest rates. Any CWO discounts offered will be clearly indicated on our quotation. Alternatively payment can be made 14 days following delivery. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling. All cheques should be made payable to Winscombe Furniture Ltd. An invoice will only be sent following delivery and completion of the order or part thereof.

Delivery

Delivery includes the UK mainland but we reserve the right to make a small charge in some cases depending on the order value and delivery destination. All offshore destinations will be quoted individually. Where a charge for delivery arises this will be shown separately on our quotation. Important Most deliveries are a tail gate service depending on the order size and provision must be made by the purchaser to provide sufficient help in unloading the delivery vehicle. If installation is required this should be advised when placing your order. Installation/ unloading of your order will only be made with prior arrangement. Delivery will not be made without giving prior notice. Delivery dates are given in good faith, are approximate, and are not binding. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss arising for failure to deliver on time.

Dimensions

All measurements are in millimetres and are nominal.

Specifications

We reserve the right to alter specifications and design without prior notice as part of our programme for product development and improvement.

Retention of Title

All goods supplied will remain the property of the seller until payment is received in full.

Brochures, Printing and Literature

Due to the limitations of the printing process we strongly recommend that you obtain fabric samples as these may vary from any printed representation.

Samples

We will supply samples wherever possible for testing and require these to be made available for collection, only when you have had sufficient time to evaluate, by whatever means without difficulty and in the manner in which they were received.
